MiLisa Childers serves as the Executive Administrator for U.S. Land Co. Real Estate, bringing years of experience supporting the real estate industry behind the scenes. Her background includes executive administration, listings management, marketing, project management, and assisting experienced Managing Principal Brokers. She helps keep complex projects organized, ensures every detail is handled with care, and supports the team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
A lifelong Oregonian, MiLisa was raised primarily in rural communities before making Southern Oregon home to raise her family. Her upbringing fostered a deep appreciation for rural living, outdoor recreation, and the enduring value of land.
Outside the office, MiLisa enjoys exploring Southern Oregon's lakes and rivers, hiking local trails, camping, and discovering new destinations through travel. Whether she's creating memories with family and loved ones on a weekend getaway, attending sporting events, or embracing her current "sports mom" era from the sidelines of the ball field, she believes life's greatest moments are found in shared experiences. Her son has recently begun his journey in archery, and together they're building a foundation of family values centered on character, personal responsibility, and responsible stewardship of the land.
